Keystone Property Group is moving forward with a 270-unit apartment complex and the redevelopment of an existing six-story office building at 150 Monument Road. in Bala Cynwyd that will be among the first projects to take advantage of new zoning put into place three years ago.
The mixed-use development will also involve constructing a parking structure, adding outdoor public spaces for office and residential tenants. It will become a bookend to one end of City Avenue.
