Northbound City Avenue between 59th Street and Cardinal Avenue will experience a full lane closure starting immediately due to an emergency construction issue. Crews will be working 24-7 until the matter is resolved, hopefully by the weekend. Expect heavy traffic delays through this area during this time period, especially during rush hours.
