Sereena: Leading diverse teams from all walks of life has strengthened my ability to lead with empathy, practice sound financial stewardship, and foster leadership growth. It has also provided opportunities to build meaningful professional relationships, opening doors to experiences, connections, and industries I may not have otherwise had access to.

What is your favorite part about working for Chick-fil-A?
Sereena: The opportunity to positively impact our community and inspire others.
What is your proudest moment at Chick-fil-A?
Sereena: There are several moments that come to mind, but the greatest would be building and developing our Leadership Team, having the opportunity to employ family members, and seeing our former Director team member, Brian become an Operator.
Before working at Chick-fil-A, what is an unusual or interesting job you’ve had?
Sereena: I owned water truck out of college.
Favorite travel spot?
Sereena: My favorite and most memorable travel destination was Africa.
How do you define success?
Sereena: I define success by the impact I have on others. It’s about bringing people along with you, helping change lives, and creating opportunities for others to grow. Success also means having the freedom to think creatively, make meaningful decisions, and have greater control over the direction of your life and the legacy you’re building.

Sereena: I could eat Collard greens and fish

Is there anything special about City Ave that you can share?
Sereena: I like that it’s a district on the rise, offering a great balance of work, play, and entertainment. I’d love to see more fine dining, coffee shops, and additional social options that keep it a destination where people want to gather, connect, and spend time.
