Russ and Annie, the wonderful humans at Sunset Companions, like to say that talking about death won’t kill us. It can, of course, be overwhelming to think about our own death or the death of a loved one, especially in a society that discourages us from doing so.

With the right support and information, we can create a legal and ethical plan that grounds us, outlines medical choices we’d want made on our behalf, and relieves loved ones of decision-making burdens during times of crisis or grief. In this free workshop, participants of all ages and circumstances will be invited into a guided reflection process that considers important end-of-life questions, resulting in the creation of a living will.
