City Ave is in bloom! Now more than ever, we can appreciate getting outside and enjoying all that Mother Nature has to offer. The City Ave District has a wealth of flowering trees at the peak of bloom right now. Here are some of our favorite District spots to enjoy the spring season:
- The City Avenue Pedestrian Bridge
- Presidential Boulevard
- Take a stroll through the beautiful campuses of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and Saint Joseph’s University. A relaxing place to sit and enjoy your lunch outside as well.
- Walk, run, or ride your bike on The Cynwyd Heritage Trail. A convenient spot to bring the family for some outside enjoyment. You can access a community park, tennis courts, and a cafe from the trail. Bonus! – the trail is connected to West Laurel Hill Cemetery, which has even more scenic views of the trees in bloom.
