15 Kings Grant Drive and Bala Plaza Named as Top Commercial Real Estate Deals of 2023 for
Greater Philadelphia
Bala Cynwyd, PA (March 26, 2024) – Two properties in City Ave District have been recognized as the Best Real Estate Deals of 2023 by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The prestigious awards, presented annually by the Philadelphia Business Journal, celebrate excellence and innovation in the real estate industry across the Greater Philadelphia region.
The two properties are 15 Kings Grant Drive, a 56,641-square-foot building, which sold in February 2023 for $20.35 million to Norden Realty Investments, nine months after Norden purchased 225 City Ave from Keystone Development & Investments.
The second awarded property is Bala Plaza, three cornerstone office properties in Bala Cynwyd sold to FLD Group, Inc. and the Adjmi family in fall 2023 for $185 million from Tishman Speyer.
