Beginning today, May 29, City Avenue District launches The Food Spot, a brand-new program set to pop up every month.
Presented in conjunction with the Bala Cynwyd Farmers’ Market, the monthly event ushers in two rotating food trucks, wellness programs and live entertainment per event.
The foodie fun starts today, May 29 from noon to 3 p.m. and promises eats from Street Food and Bonjour Creperie. Also expect live music and yoga demonstrations.
Beyond this week, afternoon entrainment and programming includes pop-up theater performances, smoothie samples, jugglers and more — and two tasty food trucks every month.
The Food Spot also serves as an ideal lunch break option for those in the City Avenue area as it conveniently takes place in the parking lot of 1 Belmont Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.
The full schedule of The Food Spot dates is available here and below. Times range from daytime events — from noon to 3 p.m. — to evening shindigs — from 4 to 7 p.m.
