Nearly three years in, the Honeygrow location in Bala Cynwyd Shopping Center will close at 7 p.m. Nov. 23 for renovations through early 2017.
A rep for the Fishtown-based fast-casual stir-fry/salad/smoothie mini-chain says upgrades are coming everywhere: in the kitchen (to reduce customer wait times), to restrooms, and to beverage/condiment/trash/recycling stations. Energy-efficient lighting is being subbed in the dining room. Follow updates here.
During the three days leading up to the closing, Honeygrow will do giveaways and promotions, including:
• Monday 11/21 and Tuesday 11/22 : In a lucky number promo, for every 100th ticket, the customer will receive a $15 gift card with purchase.
• Wednesday 11/23 : Customers who spend $20 or more will receive a free Honeygrow tote bag, while supplies last.
