Grant Himes serves as the Main Street Manager for City Ave District, where he directs efforts to support the vitality and revitalization of the district’s commercial corridors. He applies the principles of the Main Street Approach to economic development while cultivating strong relationships with business owners, property managers, government officials, nonprofit partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen and activate the district.
