Just months after completing its merger with the University of the Sciences, Saint Joseph’s University is now combining with the Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences in Lancaster.
Under the terms of a definitive agreement reach by the institutions, the Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences will become part of St. Joe’s, adding nearly 2,000 students to the Philadelphia school’s enrollment. The merger, which is expected to close in January 2024, will also bring more than 20 new nursing and health programs to St. Joe’s growing health sciences offerings. The programs range from certificates to doctoral degrees.
