As of yesterday, a section of Rock Hill Road was closed to through traffic as part of the first phase of construction of the O’Neill Property Group apartment project at 131-151 Rock Hill Road. The detour is scheduled to be in effect until December 12, 2014. Access to businesses along Rock Hill will be maintained from both ends of the road.
