Motorists are advised to allow additional time for travel, as even more traffic than usual is expected on I-76.
Interstate 76 will be reduced from two lanes to one between the Conshohocken (Exit 331B) and U.S. 1 (Exit 339) interchanges in Lower Merion on Thursday, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced.
The closure will be in effect on Thursday, August 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for cleaning of storm drains, PennDOT said.
Motorists are advised to allow additional time from travel in that area, as traffic is likely.
