Meet Mike Woodward, President of Woodward Properties Inc. Woodward Properties is a well established family owned organization providing homes since 1979.
Question: What’s your favorite thing to do in the City Ave area?
Answer: I enjoy working here on City Ave and have been driving down the Avenue almost daily for 25 years. There seems to always be something new to look at and the transformation to a destination over the years is miraculous. If I had to pick one favorite thing it would be having dinner at Delmonico’s Steakhouse at the Hilton on City Ave.
Q: What do you believe to be the key to success?
A: The key to success is drive. You need to figure out what you want, when you want it, and what you are going to do to get it. Write it down, and stay motivated by reading it every day. It works!
Q: What book do you think everyone should read?
A: Anything I know about succeeding is described in the best and maybe the thinnest book I ever read- “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill.
