Join us for a unique walk that will take us to parts of the trail connecting with City Avenue that haven’t been built yet.  Hear the plans for walkable trails from the Cynwyd Heritage Trail to City Avenue, through City Avenue and back to the Cynwyd Heritage Trail via West Laurel Hill Cemetery.  Our leaders will be Chris Leswing, Lower Merion Township Director of Building and Planning, and Bonnie Perry from BTA.  We’ll walk through new residential and commercial developments and learn about pedestrian improvements and open space amenities being realized through new development in the City Avenue District. (Moderate pace, mostly flat terrain, 2.5+ miles.)
