Exploring Cynwyd Trails East to City Avenue Through the City Avenue District and Back

Saturday, January 29 at 10 a.m.

Join us for a unique winter walk that will take us to parts of the trail connecting with City Avenue that hasn’t been built yet.  Hear the plans for walkable trails from the Cynwyd Heritage Trail to City Avenue, through City Avenue, and back to the Cynwyd Heritage Trail via West Laurel Hill Cemetery.   Our leaders will be Chris Leswing, Lower Merion Township Director of Building and Planning, along with Bonnie Perry from BTA.  We’ll walk through new residential and commercial developments along the way and learn about pedestrian improvements and open space amenities being realized through new development in the City Avenue District.
