The Cynwyd Heritage Trail
Two (2) mile recreational multi-use trail and open space running from Cynwyd Station to the Manayunk Viaduct and on to Belmont Avenue along an unused portion of Septa’s R-6 tracks. Trail corridor is comprised of separated paved and soft-surface trails. Dogs permitted, but must be kept on a leash, no longer than 8 feet, at all times.
Currently, there are four main entrances to the park:
Cynwyd Station Park Trailhead: 321 Conshohocken State Road, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004
Bala Cynwyd Park: 398 Trevor Lane, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004
Barmouth Station: 175 East Levering Mill Road, Bala Cynwyd PA 19004 (at the end of E. Levering Mill Rd after crossing Belmont Avenue)
