The City Ave District is excited to announce the implementation of our new Community Service Representative (CSR) Bike Patrol data collection program – TrackTik. This program, a cell phone application, allows our CSRs to digitally account for all activities throughout their daily tours of duty, and report accordingly. These activities include visits to businesses and other establishments, public interactions, and quality of life issues such as trash, graffiti, repairs needed & hazards, to name just a few. All activity will be collected into a central database for tracking and analysis purposes. The new program will greatly enhance what the District sees, hears and experiences so that we can continue to make it a top destination.
