The articles featured the sale of the GSB Building, with a major focus on opportunities for the property related to the new zoning. And another follow up article featured how City Ave is on the “cusp of some dramatic changes…”, focusing on more commercial properties going up for sale and developers that are planning to take advantage of the zoning changes.
