City Ave District, in collaboration with Bala Avenue of the Arts and Art Star, proudly hosted the 3rd Annual Bala Avenue Art Walk on Sunday, September 14, 2025, welcoming neighbors and visitors alike to a vibrant open-air celebration of creativity and community.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Bala Avenue came alive with the sights and sounds of more than 30 talented local artists displaying and selling their work. Guests strolled the avenue to discover one-of-a-kind paintings, ceramics, jewelry, and more, while enjoying live music from local favorites Jack Mangene and Michael James.

Families were treated to a variety of kid-friendly activities, including face painting, balloon art, and a bounce house that kept the little ones smiling all afternoon. Food lovers sampled delicious eats from local vendors, and adults relaxed at the lively Beer Garden hosted by Triple Bottom Brewing.

This year’s Art Walk once again highlighted the incredible creative energy of our neighborhood while bringing residents, artists, and businesses together. A heartfelt thank-you to Lower Merion Township and the Lower Merion Police Department for their invaluable assistance in supporting the event. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to the partners, volunteers, and vendors who made the day such a success. We can’t wait to see you again next year!
