Aqua Pennsylvania will close Belmont Avenue weekdays between Rock Hill Road and U.S. 1 (City Avenue) in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, beginning Monday, March 13, through Friday, March 24, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for water main installation.

During the operation, Belmont Avenue through traffic will be detoured over Rock Hill Road, Route 23 (Conshohocken State Road), and U.S. 1 (City Avenue). Local access will be maintained up the construction zone.  There will not be any through traffic during the road closure.
