(April 24, Bala Cynwyd, PA) – On Wednesday, May 10, 2023 City Ave District will mark the exciting return of its popular annual event: State of City Ave. With five major development projects totaling more than $300 million, the record-setting sale of Presidential City, a proposed retail master plan and landscape master plan, there is major momentum happening all across the District.
City Ave District’s President & CEO, Bryan Fenstermaker will provide a retrospective on nearly 25 years of impact on this important commercial corridor, along with the latest economic activity that is positioning City Ave as the future of the suburbs.
The event will also feature a panel discussion with leaders in the real estate space as they provide updates on their respective projects and unpack some of the top development and investment trends impacting the market. The 2023 panel includes:
