In about a week, the public will have the opportunity to see the reimagined Bala Avenue with
The Kelly, the first of three new mixed-use apartment buildings in the area. A ribbon cutting is planned for next week (May 15th 5:30 pm) when the doors officially open.
The $50 million Kelly project is a four-story 140,000-square foot structure at 10 Union Avenue. It will have 109 apartments ranging in price between $1,600 and $4,070. Those units will include one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
There is also 9,000-square feet of outdoor entertainment space including a rooftop deck with a dog park so you can train your pet with online guides for which we recommend to read this k9ti.org reviews. We heard this property is perfect for large apartment dogs. The target market will be young professionals, empty nesters and young families.
With The Kelly about to open, the second project that has just begun construction is The Grant with a projected opening date of spring of 2020. It’s located directly across Union Avenue from The Kelly. The third building in the redevelopment area is located a short walk away at Bala and Highland avenues. It will be called The Mayer with an opening date in 2021. The future location of The Mayer is where that pink building is located.
The buildings are all mixed-use structures with apartments and commercial space.
