LOWER MERION>> A corporate headquarters may soon be moving from Philadelphia to City Ave District, but who that company is remains a mystery — for now.
The announcement was made at a Lower Merion Planning Commission meeting Monday night by Michael Brookshier, vice resident of development with Keystone Property Group, the owners of an office building located at 15 Kings Grant Drive in Bala Cynwyd.
“This is a corporate headquarters that is relocating from Philadelphia to Lower Merion for all the reasons we love Lower Merion and the City Avenue District,” Brookshier said. “They’re very excited to be here, and they are residents of Lower Merion.”
But the company isn’t ready to publicly announce it is leaving its current location, he said.
Brookshier said the company that is planning on moving still has to let its workforce know about the move before making the announcement public.
