LOWER MERION >> A new face joined the Lower Merion Board of Commissioners this week as the board members voted on a replacement in the vacant Ward 3 seat.
Michael McKeon was voted on to replace Paul McElhaney who resigned from the board last month to take a position as assistant director of the township’s Public Works Division.
