Carol A. Robinson, founder, president and CEO of Fastax Financial Services which has an office in Bala Cynwyd, is celebrating twenty-five successful years, writes Ayana Jones for The Philadelphia Tribune.
Robinson launched Fastax after leaving her corporate career as a tax accountant and financial systems manager at Sun Co. This gave her a strong client base to tap into when she founded Fastax.
However, leaving the corporate world to go it alone was not easy.
“I was financially sound and to all of a sudden step out on our your own, that’s a monumental thing.”
Thankfully her carefully conceived business plan succeeded. Now Fastax offers tax, accounting, insurance, and mortgage services to individuals and small businesses from Delaware Valley to North Carolina. All of them filled with expert accountants like this AccountantFor in Ilkeston.
Her latest focus is on providing retirement planning and leading financial seminars and workshops. The aim is to help people achieve their financial goals so they can retire adequately prepared.
“The thing that I have always tried to share with people is that if you have a business plan, if you have goals that you want to achieve, you can do it!”
