Each year, the Philadelphia Business Journal and The Forum of Executive Women, a membership organization for women of noteworthy influence across the Greater Philadelphia area, honor one global organization for the annual Advancing Women Company Award. This award is presented in recognition of the firm that has made a measurable and exemplary impact in advancing the professional growth and development of women in the workplace.
This award recognizes Hamilton Lane’s commitment to empowering women to succeed in the financial services industry. Today, women represent 40% of the employee base and further account for 27% of all senior leadership roles at Hamilton Lane, including several investment committee members and department heads.
