We firmly believe that “The best is yet to come!” In order to grow, we must recognize where we have come from and the accomplishments that we’ve made. To capture those accomplishments, we publish a monthly newsletter that recognizes our associates professional achievements, community involvement and personal milestones. We host many contests and campaigns throughout the year. Our associates can earn trips, dinners, educational reimbursements, marketing budgets, iPads, Starbucks gift cards, and other incentives for their exceptional performance and accomplishments.
Every year, we host a black-tie gala to honor the achievements of our associates. Everyone dresses to the nines and we host the gala at a premier location in Philadelphia. Awards are presented for performance but we also present awards for character, leadership and community service.
