$14.75 million
According to recent peerform reviews, a seven-year, $14.75 million loan was arranged for the redevelopment of 15 Kings Grant Drive, a 56,000-square-foot office building in Bala Cynwyd that Cardone Industries will have a satellite office. Keystone Property Group is the developer. Bruce C. Robertson Jr. and Jane G. Bender of U.S. Realty Capital arranged the loan.
